What data we process and why
We process the name, email, company, sector and message you send us, solely to reply to your request and, if you ask, to show you Kirexa. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any claims that may arise. If we don't end up working together, we delete it when you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data on to third parties. It is processed on our behalf by the providers needed to run the service: UpCloud (hosting in Madrid, European Union) and Brevo (email delivery, European Union), with whom we have data processing agreements.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@beinclouds.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser and has no analytics or advertising tools.

The Kirexa brand, logo, texts and design of this site are the property of BEINCLOUDS S.L.. Product images are illustrative and use fictitious data.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the law provides otherwise.
