Can I use it already?
Kirexa is live with its first company, in the cleaning sector. We are onboarding new companies gradually: join the waiting list and we'll give you a demo with your own cases.
Is it only for cleaning companies?
No. The core is common to any service company with staff at client sites. Cleaning is the first sector pack; the next ones are built on the same foundation.
How much does it cost?
It's a monthly subscription per company, based on the modules you turn on and the size of your workforce. We'll give you a price in the demo, with no commitment.
What exactly does the AI do?
It answers questions about your data, suggests replacements that meet the constraints, proposes rotas and flags anomalies. Actions that change data are always confirmed by a person, and personal data is masked before it is sent to the model.
Can I bring my current data?
Yes. Staff, clients and services can be imported from Excel or CSV, with a dry run that shows you any errors before anything is saved.
Which languages is it available in?
Spanish, Basque, Catalan, English and French. Each person chooses their own.
